WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

You can choose to pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express Credit Cards via PayPal or Opay. You can also use Electronic banking, E-money or Bank Transfer.

If you choose PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal Online Payment Service page which has a secure and protected connection. You don’t need PayPal account to make a payment via your credit card.

Select Opay or Paysera to pay using debit / credit card or choose Electronic banklink payments from available banks or e-payments in your country.

If you choose to use Bank Transfer, at the end of the order you’ll receive an email with the bank details to do the bank transfer. Please enter enter your order number in the “reason for payment” section. As soon as we receive the amount deposit on our bank account, we will ship the order.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO BUY?

No, you don’t. You can purchase an item also if you don’t have an account on our website.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 2-4 days for order processing, packaging and handling.

During checkout you will be suggested two options: Free Shipping and Express Shipping.

FREE SHIPPING:

– 10 to 15 days to arrive worldwide;

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

– 3 to 5 days worldwide. Free for orders above 150 €!

HOW DO I GET A REFUND? HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We accept returns. According to the EU Directive (23 June 2011) for the protection of online purchasers, the consumer shall have a period of 14 days from the time of delivery of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason whatsoever, and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in the following paragraphs.

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at shop@redgregor.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the address in our Contact page.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: currently none.

Shipping

To return the item you purchased, please mail it to the address in our Contact page.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY.

Don’t worry, our delivery service should have left a card telling you how to collect your parcel or rearrange a delivery. If it’s already been sent back to us, we’ll get in touch when it arrives to arrange a second dispatch.
